Running a hospital is stressful enough without having to deal with patients suffering from illnesses like Cubism, but Two Point County has never exactly followed conventional medical practice. Now there’s even more of it to manage, as Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection launches on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, bringing the hospital sim and its complete collection of DLC together in one package.
Priced at £34.99, this is being billed as the definitive Two Point Hospital experience on console, combining the original game with every DLC and Free-LC released since launch. Better still, three expansions that have never previously made their way to consoles are finally joining the treatment queue.

The Complete Two Point Hospital Package
If you’ve somehow avoided Two Point Hospital until now, the Full Health Collection offers a rather substantial way into Two Point County.
The core game lets you build a hospital from the ground up, deciding where everything goes as you attempt to keep patients moving, staff happy and the money coming in. Rooms need to be placed sensibly, equipment upgraded and facilities improved, while decorative touches can make the whole operation a little more pleasant for those waiting to be cured.
Of course, the patients themselves are where things get properly Two Point.
More than 80 additional illnesses are included across the newly bundled content, each bringing its own problems to solve and treatment requirements to deal with. You’ll need to diagnose patients, hire the appropriate staff, construct specialist rooms and continually improve your facilities if your hospital is going to survive.
Three Console Debuts Join The Ward
The biggest news for existing players is arguably the arrival of three DLC expansions that have previously been absent from consoles.
Culture Shock introduces three new hospitals and a creative crisis to deal with, while A Stitch in Time takes Two Point County into decidedly anachronistic territory. Then there’s Speedy Recovery, which adds three more hospitals alongside new gameplay built around ambulances.
Together, those three expansions add nine new hospitals, fresh mechanics and a considerable amount of extra content to an already sizeable game.
They’re joined by the Bigfoot, Pebberley Island, Close Encounters and Off the Grid expansions, along with a selection of free content including the Retro Items Pack and Fancy Dress Pack.
In other words, this isn’t just the original game with a couple of extras bolted on. It’s the full Two Point Hospital experience in one package.
We’ve already had plenty of time with Two Point Hospital ourselves. Our Two Point Hospital: JUMBO Edition review awarded it 4.5/5, praising the sheer amount of content and the way its expansions build on the foundations of the original without losing what made it so enjoyable.
For newcomers, that makes this an easy place to start. For returning hospital managers, there’s a sizeable reason to dust off the clipboard and head back to Two Point County.
Existing Players Can Save 50%
There’s also a useful incentive for anyone who already owns Two Point Hospital digitally on console.
Digital owners of Two Point Hospital, JUMBO Edition or either of the Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus Double Packs can receive 50% off the digital Full Health Collection on their respective platform.
The offer runs from today until 14th October 2026, although it doesn’t apply to copies accessed through free trials, Game Pass or the PS+ Game Collection.
So, whether you’re a long-time hospital administrator or someone who has somehow managed to avoid the peculiar medical world of Two Point County, the Full Health Collection offers a rather convincing prescription: build bigger, cure stranger illnesses and keep the whole ridiculous operation running.
Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection is available now on Xbox Series X|S (Xbox Store), PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 for £34.99.
