The Steam page describes Shape of Dreams as follows:
Shape of Dreams is an action roguelite that combines hack-and-slash combat, MOBA-style team play, and strategic choices.
Journey through ever-changing worlds, from scorching lava fields and blizzard mountains to starry cosmos.
Dodge waves of enemies, land precise skill shots, and overcome each battle with quick decisions.
Play solo for a tense, skill-based challenge, or team up in up to 4-player co-op, where different combat styles come together to create powerful synergies.
Combine ever-changing skills and upgrades to carve your own path of progression, and challenge the dream world in a new way with every run.
No two challenges are the same, and no fixed build or strategy will always carry you to victory.
From swift close-range assaults and precise skill shots to wide-area attacks and supportive playstyles, each Traveler approaches combat in a different way. Build around your chosen Traveler’s combat style and face enemies in a new way with every run.
When playing solo, dodge incoming attacks, land your skills with precision, and shape your build through your own decisions. In up to 4-player co-op, combat becomes even more dynamic. When different Travelers’ abilities and builds come together, powerful combinations and explosive synergies emerge—ones that could never be created alone.
