DragonSword: Awakening is a very interesting title. It was initially intended as a Gacha game, but Hound13 took it over to develop it without publisher help. They removed the Gacha monetization, but some things are retained from that initial blueprint. One of the things so far seems to be constant support. A new teaser trailer was dropped by the team on their YouTube channel.
The description text is also interesting to note in the YouTube teaser trailer: A new hero, [Ryza], is approaching Orbis. Coming this October — a new chapter joins your journey.
AdvertisementNot only is a new character making it into the game, but a new story chapter is coming alongside them. The team at Hound13 is doing a lot with this game and is still pouring love into it. Ryza is a spear user, and unfortunately the teaser doesn’t have much actual gameplay shown off, but I imagine more will come before the new content gets released in October.
